Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat ₹60 across India on orders below ₹999.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹999.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, local logistics disruptions, or high holiday volumes.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s) once your order ships. The tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel before opening and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at mthrift@zohomail.in with your order number.
